SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Since 1994: Mr. Fletcher has been responsible for the daily activities of Gallaudet University's Cable TV Office and Plant Distribution System. His responsibilities include the operation of digital and analog equipment as well as the installation, maintenance and programming of cable television system equipment campus-wide.

Which includes conducting the daily activities of Gallaudet University's Cable TV System, which includes performing the administrative duties related to the production and coordination of video signals. programming of the BTS/Telemation Video/Audio Distribution Switching System, Tightrope's Cablecast Video Server and Carousel Character Generator, DIRECTV's satellite dishes and receivers, Space Communication satellite receiver and controller fixed as well as steerable-dish analog/digital equipment, 360 System's Image Server #1 (Clerc Center) and #2 (Gallaudet/Bison TV) video server equipment to deliver programmed material by request to the campus community.

Additionally, he is responsible for recording of programs for future use with the assistance of HDD/DVD/DVC-PRO/Mini-DV/SVHS/VHS/3/4 Inch (U-matic)/1 Inch (Ampex Reel-To-Reel) Playback/Duplication video equipment.
