Harold “Wally” Barretto hails from Ontario, Canada. Wally graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Gallaudet. He has worked for Academic Technology since 2001. He enjoys working with computers and always looking for new, improved, and faster computer technology.

Wally can also be found working with extracurricular organizations such as Latino Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Association of the Metropolitan Washington, DC. He enjoys traveling and outdoor activities. He is married to Elvia Guillermo and has two boys. Wally and his family currently reside in Washington, DC.
